Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tutorgram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of the Platform

Tutorgram grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal or professional tutoring purposes. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to distribute spam or unsolicited communications, or to reverse-engineer any part of our software.

Tutors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, the quality of sessions they deliver, and their compliance with all relevant educational regulations in their jurisdiction.

Payments & Fees

Tutorgram facilitates payments between students and tutors. All fees are stated clearly at the point of booking. Tutorgram charges a platform commission on each completed session. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, available on our support pages. Tutors receive payouts according to the schedule stated in their account settings.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tutorgram platform — including the software, design, trademarks, and marketing materials — is the property of Tutorgram and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Session recordings uploaded or created by tutors remain the intellectual property of the respective tutor, subject to the licences granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutorgram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Tutorgram in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable Indian statutes. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Users located outside India acknowledge that the platform is operated from India and agree that Indian law governs their use of the service.
