At Tutorgram, operated by SkillNest Training and Coaching Private Limited, we want every student to be confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and the timelines that apply. Please read it carefully before making a payment on the platform.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original payment date. Refund requests submitted within this window are eligible for a complete refund of the amount paid, provided the conditions in Section 03 are met.

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@tutorgram.com within 7 days of payment with your order details and the reason for your request.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund within the 7-day window, the following must apply:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original payment date.
  • No more than one session or course module has been attended, accessed, or consumed.
  • The request is not the result of a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds, which Tutorgram reserves the right to decline at its discretion.

No Refunds After 7 Days

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. This includes situations where the student has not used the service, has changed their mind, or is dissatisfied with their experience after the window has passed. We encourage all users to evaluate the platform carefully within the refund period.

Processing & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Tutorgram is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once the refund has been initiated on our end.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are non-refundable regardless of the request date. These include platform subscription fees after the first 7 days, convenience or transaction fees charged by payment gateways, and any add-on credits or tokens that have been fully or partially consumed. These exclusions will be clearly noted at the point of purchase.
